The V Elite senior goalie leg pads will provide a similar soft flex and rebound that other Velocity pads are known for. The V Elite senior goal pads also feature flattened knee rolls that provides the same consistent rebound as the rest of the pad.

The real advantage of going to the V Elite senior goalie leg pads is the strapping they have. The V Elite features Vaughn's Reactive Rotation Control strap. This strap sits behind the knee just above the calf, and replaces all of the leather straps that used to litter the pad. The RRC strap sits right at the pivot point of the pad on the calf, meaning the pad will want to continue on down into the butterfly once the goalie drives down with their knees.
